"Works fine, battery could be better"
Smart wings work well overall. Setup was okay. Not too hard. But the battery didn’t last as long as I thought it would. Had to charge it sooner than expected. Not awful. Just kind of average for the price...

"Works well once it's set up"
Installation was okay overall, though the instructions could’ve been a bit clearer. It took me longer than expected and I had to go back over a few steps, but once I got it sorted, it worked fine. Solid so far.

"Setup Was Fine, But Alexa Got Weird"
The setup went through without much trouble, so I’ll give it that. But the Alexa scenes would act weird every now and then, which felt like something wasn’t quite tested all the way. It worked, just not as smoothly as I expected.

"Fine product, painfully slow shipping"
The order turned out okay in the end, but the shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking the tracking, and it would sit on the same vague update for days, which got annoying. Even little things like the delivery estimate changing without much explanation made it feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Nothing arrived damaged or anything, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but if I needed the items by a certain date, this would’ve been a problem. I’d probably only order again if I wasn’t in any kind of rush.

"Good setup, but the privacy stuff is definitely too buried"
I do like the Smart Wings setup overall, no question about it. It works fine and I’m absolutely not mad at the product itself. But the privacy settings are 100% more hidden than they should be. It took me way too long to figure out what data was being shared, and I’m completely sure that could’ve been made way simpler. Not a disaster or anything, but I really wish it was more upfront. 3 stars from me.

"Not as good as they used to be"
I ordered two shades, and they just didn’t feel as good as I expected. I remember these being better before, but both felt kind of cheap right out of the box. One started making a grinding sound after just a few days, and the fabric edges weren’t cut very cleanly. They look nice in the photos, but in person they don’t feel like they’ll hold up for long. For the price, I was expecting a lot more.

"Pretty decent blinds, minor adjustment needed"
The blinds fit alright overall, though the measurements were just a little off. I ended up having to tweak the brackets a bit to get everything sitting right. Not a huge deal, and they look fine now. So yeah, not bad in the end...

I reached out to tech support hoping they’d sort things out, and at first I thought maybe they were just busy, but the replies were slow and didn’t really fix anything. It kind of felt like they skimmed my messages instead of actually reading what I was saying.

"Customer service left me feeling ignored"
I had a frustrating experience trying to get help from customer service. The replies took a while, and when they finally got back to me, it didn’t really feel like they were answering what I asked. I kept getting bounced around and felt kind of dismissed, like nobody really wanted to deal with the issue. Definitely not the experience I was expecting

"The site really threw me off at first"
I was looking through smartwingshome.com my first reaction was not great. The website felt messy, kind of outdated, and a little hard to trust because the colors and layout didn’t really come together. Some sections looked cluttered too, which made browsing feel awkward. That said, I don’t want to act like the product itself is bad, because it might actually be fine. I just think the website needs a serious refresh because right now it doesn’t give the best first impression

"Packing Was Really Disappointing"
The box showed up damaged, and you could hear everything rattling around inside it. I’m not really sure why they packed it like that, but it definitely didn’t feel protected. Disappointed overall

"Fabric choices were really underwhelming"
I was disappointed browsing the fabric options on SmartWings. I kept hoping I’d find something that felt a little more modern or textured, but almost everything looked plain and the colors felt really limited. For custom blinds, I expected there to be a lot more variety. After a while, it almost felt like I was begging the site to show me something decent, and I started feeling a bit resentful that I’d spent so much time looking with nothing that matched what I needed. I ended up not ordering.

"Pretty decent, though my latest issues stick with me"
I got these shades from SmartWings, and overall they’ve been fine. The remote paired without much hassle, and the buttons are straightforward, so day-to-day use is easy enough. In the same room, the range is usually solid, but if I’m out in the hallway it sometimes takes a second press. Lately, I’ve had a couple moments where one shade didn’t move with the group and I had to reset it, so that’s kind of what’s standing out to me right now. It’s not a bad setup, and it does work, but for the price I was hoping it would feel a little more reliable

"Power dips now and then"
Some days the power dips off and on, which gets annoying when I’m trying to work or keep things running smoothly. It doesn’t happen every single day, but it’s enough that I notice it. I haven’t bothered much with customer service because, i don’t really trust that they’d do much besides give me a generic answer.

"Frustrating return and slow refund"
I ordered curtains and they ended up not fitting right, which happens, but the return process was way more of a hassle than it needed to be. I had to send too many emails just to get things moving, and the refund took longer than they originally said it would. I did finally get my money back, but the whole experience was frustrating. If a company gives a return/refund timeline, they should stick to it or at least keep customers updated without making them chase for answers.

"Too pricey, and I don’t really trust it anymore"
I feel like I paid way more than this was worth. I expected better quality for the price, but it ended up feeling average. That kind of let me down, and it’s hard to trust the brand after spending that much and not being impressed. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"I bought these for my bedroom…"
I bought these for my bedroom because I really, really need it dark in the morning. They look okay, but even when they’re fully closed, there’s still quite a bit of light coming in around the edges and between the slats. For the price, I expected better, better light blocking at least. If blocking light is the main reason you’re buying them, I probably wouldn’t get these again.

"Warranty claim never got a response"
I reached out about a warranty claim and sent a few emails, but I never heard anything back. It kind of feels like they just chose to ignore it, which is disappointing when you're expecting at least some kind of reply.

"I bought this from smartwingshome and at..."
I bought this from smartwingshome and at first the motor seemed fine, but after just a few weeks it started making strange noises and getting stuck halfway. Now it barely moves at all. I tried being patient, but it feels like my issue is being ignored, which makes it even more frustrating considering the price. I really expected it to last longer than this, and I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Tired of Plug Swapping"
I’m constantly having to move plugs around just to use what I need, and it gets old fast. I’ll be making coffee, charging my phone, or trying to plug in the little lamp by the couch, and there’s never an open spot. It’s one of those small annoyances that somehow becomes really frustrating after a while.
